We take care when packaging all orders, to give the best possible customer experience!
All orders are shipped for next day delivery.
14 Day Returns
We accept returns for exchanges or store credit.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 15:00 Monday - Friday are shipped same day.
If your order was placed after 15:00 Monday - Friday, then your order will be shipped next-working day.
Orders placed Saturday & Sunday will be shipped Monday.
How long is delivery?
Your order will be shipped via DPD!
All orders placed Monday-Fri before 3PM are shipped for next-day delivery . Orders placed after 3PM will be delivered within 2 working days.
We now use DPD.
Can I track my order?
Yes! A tracking number will be emailed to you & you can track your parcel.
If you inform the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour or anywhere else other than your shipping address, and the parcel then goes lost or missing, it is your responsibility and we will not be held accountable.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 days from the day you received your order.
For example.. if you received your order on the 14th of May, it would need to be shipped to us no later than the 28th of May.
If the item is unused, with all the labels and tags intact, and in its original packaging, it will be accepted for an exchange or a credit note.
Items being returned are your responsibility, so please properly package the item, including protecting any outer layers like shoe boxes etc.
Please note we do not accept returns on swimwear, underwear or pierced jewellery.
What happens after I return it?
Once we receive your return, we will notify you via email. Returns are processed in 3-5 working days. You will be offered an exchange or store credit for the amount spent on the item, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging.
How do I return it?
Items are returned at your own expense, however we are working on covering this very soon!
Items being returned need to be properly packaged, including protecting any outer layers like shoe boxes etc.
Include your returns form & address the package accordingly. If you have lost your returns form please include a note with your name & order numbers.
