How long is UK mainland delivery?
1-2 working days for mainland UK.
How long is delivery to Wales?
2-3 working days for delivery to Wales.
How long to Scottish Highlands?
2-3 working days for delivery to Scottish Highlands.

2-3 working days for delivery to Northern Ireland.
How long is delivery outside the UK?
Please allow 3-5 working days for outside the UK.
Who is the courier?
We use DPD for UK, and for Europe & the rest of the World the courier can change.
How much is delivery?
UK Mainland: £7.95.
NI, Wales, Scottish Highlands & Orkneys: £9.95.
Outside UK: £25.
Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking number will be sent to the e-mail and mobile number your provide at checkout.
How are items packaged?
We take extra care when it comes to packaging for delivery, items will be well wrapped & double-boxed when required.

Returns

Return Rules
Items must be returned within 14 days and must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Tags must still be attached and intact.
How do I return an item?
Please fill in the returns form with your order, and ship it back to us using the address provided on the form.
Is there a pre-paid label?
At the moment, we do not provide pre-paid labels. Return shipping is at your own expense.
Will I receive a full refund?
We offer an exchange or a credit note, as long as the return rules above are not broken.

Selling

How long does an offer take?
We aim to send over your offer within 1 working day.
How much will I get offered?
We offer competitive prices based on the current market value of your item.
What can I sell?

How long is an offer valid for?
Offers are valid for 48 hours. This is due to pricing fluctuations in the market.
How long do I have to ship it?
We must receive your item within 7 working days of your offer being emailed to you, otherwise your offer may be invalid, if 7 days have passed since your offer, you can check with us before shipping to check if the offer is still valid.
How long does the process take?
The entire process begins the day we receive your item. From checking the condition & authenticity of your item, to processing your payout will take 1 working day.
When do I get paid?
Payouts are made 1 working day after your item has been received. For example if we receive your item on a Thursday, you'll receive yourr payout Friday. If we receive your item Friday, you will receive your payout Monday.
Where do I find my reference?
The reference you'll use to ship your item can be found in the email where you received your offer. If you're having trouble locating this, you can contact our buying team to help locate it.
How are payouts made?
Payouts are made by bank transfer. There are never any hidden fees, and assuming your item is as described, there will be no deductions to your offer.
Are payouts always instant?
Payouts are instant in most cases, however if you live outside the UK this may take up to 5 working days, or if our bank require additional information it can take 1-2 working days.
Who pays for shipping?
If you choose to sell your item for store credit, we cover the shipping costs. If you choose to be paid-out in cash, the shipping costs will be at your own expense.
What if the condition isn't as I described?
We may give you a counter-offer or we may have to return your item. The return shipping will be at your own expense, and there will also be a handling fee of £9 to cover time lost processing your item.
What if the item is dirty?
if your item is not clean, you might receive a counter-offer from us. It also might slightly delay your payout as we may have to remove dirt to make sure the item is not stained or marked.
What if the item is fake?
We have a zero tolerance policy to counterfeit items. We will get in touch to return the item. A £20 admin fee and the return shipping will need to be paid prior to returning the item.
What is suitable packaging?
Suitable packaging means using something that's going to protect your item during transit. If the item you're selling has a box, we strongly recommend shipping this in an outer box to prevent any damages to the items box, as this may incur a counter-offer.

Store credit

How long is store credit valid for?
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the day that it was issued.
Where can I find my balance?
After you sign in to your account, click check my wallet balance to check your much credit you have.
Can I earn store credit?
You can earn store credit by selling to us, referring a friend and shopping with us learn more here.
What can I spend store credit on?
You can use your store credit against any purchase online or in-store.

Rewards

Will I be rewarded every time I shop?
Yes, just make sure you have an account with us and that you're signed in, and when you're placing an order, whatever you spend when shopping, you'll receive 5% back in store credit.
Will I be rewarded for referring friends?
Yes! Refer a friend who has never shopped with us before and not only will they receive 5% off, you'll receive 5% of their order value as store credit on your account.

Every item on our website is physically owned by us, and has been thoroughly inspected in person by our expert authenticators.

Our in-house experts have decades of experience combined, who inspect the authenticity of items using various different quality & production quality methods.
What if you find a fake item?
Our buying process allows us to filter out fakes. When we buy pre-loved items, we physically inspect them before purchasing them to re-sell.
